Reception staff are available to take your calls from 08:00am.

Hub Appointments:

This is a service offered to all Bolton Patients.  Appointments are available to book in the evenings & weekends.  Please speak to the reception staff to enquire how to book these appointments.  The hubs are situated at the following locations:

• Winifred Kettle Centre, Washacre Lane, Westhoughton, Bolton, BL5 2NG
• Waters Meeting Health Centre, 95 Waters Meeting Road, Bolton, BL1 8TT
• Urgent Treatment Centre (RBH), Minerva Road, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 0JR

If you require urgent medical attention or advice outside of normal surgery hours please call 01204 463999

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.  

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
